Vision, mission and values
Our vision
To be the contractor Basra's public bodies rely on for roads, bridges, water and buildings, delivered with accuracy, integrity and safety.
Our mission
To bring expertise and skill together in one team and help rebuild and develop the country, with works built to specification.
Responsibility
We do what we commit to, and answer for what we build.
Quality
We test materials and check the work before handover.
Planning
Every project starts with a plan and a schedule before the first day on site.
Teamwork
We work with the owner and the subcontractors as one team.
How we work
Three phases on every project.
Before construction
We study the drawings and specifications, set the implementation plan and schedule, and identify the materials with long lead times.
During construction
Regular progress reports, site meetings, schedule updates, technical tests of materials and works, and a record of what was actually built.
Handover
We hand over the works with their as-built drawings and follow up the owner's remarks during the warranty period.
